Strategic expansion supports growing client demand in two of the country’s fastest-growing commercial markets.

ATLANTA, GA July 31, 2025 – Diverzify, the nation’s largest commercial flooring enterprise, is pleased to announce the opening of two new offices in Boise, Idaho, and Nashville, Tennessee—extending the company’s national footprint and strengthening its ability to serve key growth markets across the U.S.

This expansion reflects Diverzify’s continued momentum and long-term investment in regional growth, enabling the organization to meet rising demand for high-performance commercial flooring solutions while remaining responsive to evolving client needs.

Boise, ID: Establishing a Presence in the Mountain West

Diverzify has opened a Spectra-branded office in the heart of downtown Boise. As one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country, Boise has experienced a surge in commercial development, with continued investment in tech, healthcare, and professional services driving demand for modernized commercial interiors.

Dave Teper has been hired to lead the Boise office. A seasoned professional with three decades of commercial flooring leadership experience, Teper brings extensive operational and project delivery expertise to the role. His background includes building successful flooring businesses across multiple states and leading large-scale commercial divisions for national organizations.

“Boise is a market on the rise, and Diverzify’s presence here fills an important gap in the regional flooring landscape,” said Teper. “We’re excited to deliver local expertise backed by the resources of a national network.”

Nashville, TN: Strengthening Service in the Southeast

Diverzify’s new Nashville office, located just a few miles north of downtown Nashville, responds to the city’s rapid economic growth and ongoing commercial development across the multi-family, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Nashville continues to attract large-scale investments and corporate relocations, making it a high-demand market for full-service interior solutions.

The Nashville team is led by Phil Matusz, Vice President of Operations, and Tom Nowicki, Vice President of Sales—two seasoned leaders with deep experience and client relationships in the region. Matusz relocated from the Chicago region to focus full-time on growing the Southeast region. Nowicki, one of Diverzify’s top-performing sales leaders, brings decades of experience managing key national accounts and strategic partnerships.

“We’ve already built strong relationships in Nashville,” said Matusz. “Now, we’re embedding ourselves in the market—bringing our full-service model closer to the customers who count on us.”

Continued Growth Fueled by Client Needs

With these new locations, Diverzify continues to deepen its commitment to a connected national network supported by localized leadership, scalable resources, and a single-source solution for commercial flooring.

“The addition of our Boise and Nashville offices marks an exciting chapter in Diverzify’s growth story,” said Danielle Hunsicker, Chief Operating Officer of Diverzify. “These expansions are more than new offices—they reflect our commitment to being exactly where our customers need us, delivering the expertise, capacity, and responsiveness that today’s commercial environments demand.”
