Facility Upgrade Overview
At Texas A&M’s Fasken Indoor Track, the HPF Southwest team delivered a restroom flooring upgrade designed to enhance both appearance and performance. Inspired by the finish previously installed at Kyle Field, the updated system brings a cohesive, high-quality look to the space.
Addressing Project Demands
With an active events schedule, timing was critical. The work needed to be completed efficiently while minimizing disruption to ongoing facility use, while also addressing existing conditions that required rebuilding key elements for long-term durability.
All restroom areas were completed in under two weeks, carefully scheduled between events to keep operations running smoothly. The result is a durable, polished flooring system that elevates the space while supporting easy maintenance and continued performance.
Material Selection
A seamless epoxy flake flooring system was installed to provide a durable, visually appealing surface capable of withstanding heavy use. The project also included rebuilding the cove base to create a continuous floor-to-wall transition, improving cleanability and overall finish quality. Installation was completed in partnership with Seal For Life Industries (formerly Verdia), ensuring a high-performance result that supports long-term maintenance and durability.
Finished Project
This project reflects how thoughtful planning, the right materials, and efficient execution can come together to deliver high-impact results, even within tight timeframes. We’re proud to support Texas A&M with flooring solutions that enhance the facility while keeping performance and longevity front and center.
