When Covenant Village in Northbrook chose to expand their community and build a three story senior living addition, they knew that the design had to appeal to both new and current residents and their families. Tasked with choosing colors and finishes that appealed to both men and women, the design blended them together to create a rich and inviting environment.
The warm color palette and broadloom carpet patterns brought nature’s rich textures and colors indoors, amplifying the calm atmosphere. The fireplace wall feature with porcelain and mosaic tiles complemented the cozy sitting rooms and larger community spaces designed for gathering with family and friends. High-end finishes were the final touch that gave the space the look and feel of upscale living with all of the charms of being at home.
