Durable Resinous Flooring for a New Educational Facility
As part of the construction of the new Pecos High School in Pecos, Texas, HPF Southwest installed specialized resinous flooring systems designed to support the demands of athletic and recreational spaces throughout the facility.
The project included the installation of Dex-O-Tex ColorFlake L flooring in the school's locker rooms and Dex-O-Tex Cheminert CFS quartz broadcast flooring in the natatorium. Each system was selected to provide a durable, seamless surface capable of withstanding the daily wear associated with high-traffic educational environments.
Flooring Systems Built for Performance
Locker rooms and aquatic facilities require flooring solutions that balance durability, maintenance requirements, and long-term appearance. The resinous flooring systems installed at Pecos High School deliver a seamless finish that supports easy cleaning while providing the performance needed in moisture-prone and heavily used spaces.
To complete the installation, HPF Southwest also installed 4-inch and 6-inch cove base throughout various areas of the project. These integrated transitions help create a clean, finished appearance while contributing to the overall functionality of the flooring system.
Supporting Educational Facilities Across Texas
From K-12 schools to higher education facilities, HPF Southwest partners with schools, contractors, and construction teams to deliver durable resinous flooring solutions tailored to the specific needs of each space. At Pecos High School, the completed installation provides long-lasting surfaces designed to support students, staff, and athletic programs for years to come.
