As one of the newest additions to Sarasota County Schools, Wellen Park High School was designed to support a dynamic educational experience for students, educators, and staff. Spectra Contract Flooring Tampa contributed flooring and tile installations throughout the facility, helping create durable, welcoming spaces built to perform in a high-traffic educational environment.

Coordination across multiple areas of the school helped maintain consistency throughout the project while keeping work aligned with construction milestones and design requirements.
Materials Selected for Long-Term Performance
A diverse package of flooring, tile, and installation products was selected to support the durability, maintenance, and aesthetic requirements of a modern educational facility. The project incorporated Daltile Color Wheel Classic, Harmonist, Ambassador, Quarry Textures, Volume 1.0, and Keystones collections, along with Tarkett flooring solutions throughout the campus.
To support long-term performance, the installation also utilized Custom Building Products thinset, waterproofing, and crack suppression systems, helping create resilient surfaces designed to serve students, faculty, and visitors for years to come.
